Free Shipping may be shipped with any courier including Canada Post, Purolator, Fed Ex or UPS. The Pickleball Center reserves right to pick carrier at time of shipment.
Shipments may take 1-10 Business days to arrive based on location.
Transit time is estimated and may be subject to change. The Pickleball Center does not guarantee any shipment dates.
In store Pickups are dependent on stock at each location. Our main store will be located at the New Facility located at 11420 170 St N.W Edmonton Alberta. (Opening Estimated April 2024)
Return Policy
We are committed to providing you with high-quality customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product for various reasons. All items returned must be in brand new resalable condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Once a product has been used, even slightly, we can no longer accept it back for exchange or refund. For in-store returns and exchange you must bring proof of purchase to be eligible. We can issue a store credit or refund for return orders, store credit can be used for any other purchase of any item in store or online.
Sale items are only eligible for exchange and store credit. All used, demo, and clearance items are final sale.
All item returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. For item returns and exchange over the 30 days since purchase the item will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Paddle Waranties
After you have purchased a paddle, you are protected by the warranty of your paddle’s manufacturer. Each manufacturer has their own warranty policies. Please see below the different policies from each manufacturer.
If you believe your paddle has developed a defect within the listed time frame(s), then you can contact the manufacturer to see if they will arrange an exchange.
Typically Covered
Manufacturers defects or breakage from normal use.
original purchaser (non transferable) with original invoice.
Typically Not Covered
Paddle normal wear and tear: Normal wear includes faded graphics, small dents or scratches (which don’t affect play) and markings/residues left by pickleballs on the face. You should keep your paddle out of extreme temperatures and humid conditions to prevent early decomposition.
Second hand paddles.
Abnormally use: improper use, improper maintenance, accident, misuse, negligence, damage, product is used for a purpose for which it is not designed. Scuffs, marring, abrasion, face separation, exposed graphite core, and chipping as a result of court impact
User modification: Most manufacturers will not take back paddles that have been tampered with (re-glued, grip changed, etc.) or those that have been marked with permanent identification

GearBox- Paddles are covered for 1 year against manufacture's defects of original purchaser (non transferable).Contact: returns@gearboxsports.com for restrictions and further details.
Selkirk- Paddles are non-transferable and are covered for limited lifetime of the original purchaser. The warranty is not transferable after registration and only applies to original owner. SLK's come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. See website for restrictions and further details.
Holbrook Carries a lifetime limited warranty for the original owner. Paddles must be registered with Holbrook within 14 days of purchase for eligibility. See website for restrictions and further details.
CRBN Carries a 1 Year warranty against manufacturer defects. Paddles should be registered online within 14 days on purchase. Warranty is non-transferrable.
